At Detroit Axle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges:
Refunds: Customers must contact Detroit Axle within 30 days of receiving the shipment to request a return for a refund.
Exchanges: Requests for product exchanges must be made within 60 days of receiving the shipment.
All returned or exchanged items must be new, unused, and in their original condition. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by our warehouse team to ensure eligibility.
Detroit Axle will reimburse return shipping costs only if the return is due to a shipping error or the product was defective when it left our fulfilment center.
Customers must complete a Return Request through their account to initiate the return process.
Upon approval, Detroit Axle will provide a prepaid FedEx return shipping label via email.
Attach the provided label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any FedEx shipping location.
Certain returns and exchanges may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, based on the original purchase price, in addition to the cost of return and replacement shipping. Please contact our customer service team at 888-583-0255 for further details.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
If the return label is used after the 30-day refund period, the return will no longer be eligible for a refund. Instead, customers will receive either store credit added to their account or an exchange.
To ensure a smooth exchange process, customers are responsible for verifying all vehicle and part specifications before submitting a request. Please carefully review all fitment notes and callouts associated with the product.
Customers must select the accurate reason for return when submitting their return request. Failure to do so may delay processing or affect return eligibility.
